Shipping Policy

This policy is applicable to domestic United Kingdom and International Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey orders. 1. Shipping Costs Domestically and Internationally

For domestic orders, we charge a flat fee of £2.50 per order, and for international orders, we charge a flat fee of £5.00 per order.

2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 3 days (Monday to Saturday). Order cut off time will be 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

3. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Internationally

Generally, international shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Saturday). Order cut off time will be 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London). International order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

4. Delivery terms Domestically and Internationally

We use the Royal Mail to deliver the product in domestically and internationally.

5. Change of Delivery Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at umilelejewels@gmail.com or Call Us at 07985720745.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

7. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

8. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
